I spent over one thousand hours in 2024 in deep and intensive training to now bring to you what I consider to be the penultimate tool to help you stay in your own home or community, and simply feel better, more vibrant, and more engaged and alive. This tool is called fascial maneuvers and it is taking the world by storm as an effective, inexpensive way to feel better, look better and function better in all areas of life. My training as an occupational therapist in evaluating how your particular condition (or risk for one) is affecting your body and mind—using a holistic perspective—takes fascial maneuvers to another level.
Challenges for everyone are ever growing. The stressors of jobs, raising children, and that crazy biological clock keeps marching ever forward. I discovered that I needed to take action sooner rather than later to live my life doing what I want to do and keep my body moving, and as healthy as possible.
Simple things can become challenging when we no longer have the mobility, stamina or strength to engage in life’s daily routines. Following an easy program may well keep you engaged in your life and expand your perspectives so you can solve problems easier. My intention is to support you as you maintain your independence and thrive in your own environment for as long as you possibly can.
