What Are Fascial Maneuvers?

This core maneuver called "totally twisted" can be done standing, sitting or lying down.

Did you know that your body cannot heal when it is stressed? The intention of fascial maneuvers is to bring the body out of stress because that is when true healing begins. Doing fascial maneuvers floods the body with feel-good hormones like dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins. This program is so effective that up to 95% of the stress in your body can be released in as little as 15 minutes of maneuvers per day.

Fascial maneuvers—a transformative process where you work with your body intentionally to activate and release fascia—the connective tissue in your body. You move gently, so your body naturally releases tension, restores balance, and unravels old movement patterns.

In fascial maneuvers, we release restrictions without engaging the Musculoskeletal system. We combine breathwork and simple, slow movements, including counter rotation, to create tension within the connective tissue—fascia. “Maneuvering" this way releases the pressure build-up in our bodies, releases tension, relieves pain, and just makes us feel better.

You can do fascial maneuvers lying down, sitting, or standing.

Releasing fascia is key to relieving your pain and restoring your well-being. Join me to discover more about yourself and learn about other aspects of fascial maneuvers—removing toxic chemicals, rehydrating your body, and being aware of your foods.

Fascial maneuvers are cutting edge, life changing and will help you stay independent longer with just minutes per day of commitment. Combining it with my passion for helping people remain independent regardless of age or ability is priceless.

Fascia

  • Is our connective tissue and looks much like a web
  • Connects our bodies, head to toe, in one connected, continuous sheath
  • Is bio photonic and it moves information at the speed of light
  • Houses roughly 90% of our nerves and lymph nodes
  • Holds memory and stores emotion
  • Is in our cells, connective tissue, muscles, tendons, organs, bones, brain and heart—virtually everywhere in our body is fascia
  • Is highly sensitive to rough treatment
  • Has 100 trillion nerve endings as compared to our brain with 100 billion nerve endings
  • Has the tensile strength of soft steel
